ing principle:

Straw briquette machine is designed for straw(sawdust)which have large volume and low density material to press tightly.This machine adopts piston punching theory.First crushing raw material of straw;Second,they will be send to re-press room through screw conveyor,when the piston comes back,material will be re-pressed in compression tube,and then piston goes forward to make material into die.After that material will be sent to forming tube and cooled. Finally,they will be cutted and packed.

2.Raw material:

Biomass Briquettes are made off the Agriculture Waste, Forestry Waste and Industrial Waste. The major residues which can be used are, Rice Husk, Coffee Husk, Coir Pitch, Jute Sticks, Sugarcane Baggasse, Groundnut Shell, Mustard Stalks, Cotton Stalks, Sawdust, Caster Seed Shells / Stalk, Wood Chips, Bamboo Dust, Tobacco Waste, Tea Waste.

4.Final products:

It is been converted into solid cylindrical shape.or the brick shape ,small volume, convenient of resistant to burn, storage and ransportation, volume is only 1/30 of the straw stalk, its density is 0.9-1.4 g/cm3 can reach calorific value, 3500-5500 calories, is high volatile between a solid fuel.
